Each of our North America Career Acceleration & Mentorship Program interns has a Career Acceleration Main Project – an initiative they own for twelve weeks and present to company leaders at the end of the program. Every intern also has a manager and mentor to support them throughout their time at Newell, and opportunities to contribute to significant projects, participate in volunteer events and virtual and in-person networking activities, and gain meaningful experience. In addition to our internship program, we offer two rotational programs for recent graduates looking to become manufacturing, supply chain and engineering leaders. The Supply Chain Operations Development Program (ODP) is designed to develop talented individuals into future manufacturing and warehouse leaders. The Program immerses recent undergraduate college graduates into multiple unique roles at one location over the course of two years. ODP participants are self-motivated with proven track records of leadership, teamwork, ambition, and commitment to establishing and achieving goals. Program participants are assigned to one plant or warehouse location to work in key operations environments for the entirety of their program.
