The Supply Chain Engineering Development Program (EDP) is designed to develop talented individuals into future engineering and supply chain leaders. The Program immerses recent undergraduate college students into multiple operations and manufacturing engineering roles over the course of two years. Program participants are assigned to one plant or warehouse location to work in key operations environments for the entirety of their program.
Eligibility Requirements
- Recent undergraduate college graduates with an Engineering or Engineering Technology degree in Mechanical, Controls, Mechatronics, Electrical, Computer, Automation, Manufacturing or similar field (required)
- Overall 3.0 GPA or higher
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Relevant engineering related research or work experience is highly preferred
- EDP participants must be comfortable in a dynamic environment and respond to challenging rotation assignments across different facets of Newell Brands' Engineering disciplines
When & Where
- The EDP program is designed to provide the opportunity to have three different roles (approx. eight months duration) amongst various automation, robotics and engineering categories. All assignments will be at one manufacturing plant or warehouse location and will not require a relocation between assignments.
- Potential Location Assignments: Maryville, TN; Winfield, KS; Wichita, KS; Whately, MA; Winchester, VA; and Fishers, IN
